Here at Blue Moon Estate Sales, we pride ourselves in having the most friendly and helpful estate liquidators in the business. We search for individuals who are passionate about helping others and who want to share their passion with others. 
 
We are the leading estate sale company in Northern Indianapolis and surrounding areas North and West, and we are looking to bring on new contractors for part-time work during the week and weekends. We are seeking energetic, hardworking, quick learners to join our team. In this position, you will help set up, or stage, homes. and evaluate items for pricing for estate sales. 
 
Come work for a company that wholesales secondhand goods straight out of people's homes. During your work day, you will organize and stage a home to create a retail pop-up environment. This job is great for  energetic folks, especially anyone with a strong work ethic and a thirst to learn. There will be opportunities for growth and advancement into higher level roles.
 
Within this role, you will be provided with a great education about fair market value of second hand goods which you can use to your own advantage if you would like to buy and resell items from the second hand market. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
Week day tasks that will be required:
●      Remove, sort and organize items throughout clients’ homes, including those in attics, basements, storage areas, etc. 
●      Place items in a logical manner throughout each home (pots in the kitchen, tools in the garage, etc.)
●      Stage items for display, thus creating a pop-up retail shop environment inside of each residence.
●      Evaluate and place a price sticker or tag on each item or lot of items for sale.
●      Take direction well and be efficient with processes. 
 
Qualifications:
●      Ethical 
●      Patient
●      Punctual
●      Customer service oriented 
●      Comfortable with learning basic product pricing
●      Take direction well and be efficient with processes
●      Flexible working hours (work hours and locations will vary from week to week depending on the sizes of clients’ homes and the number of sales happening within two week periods)
●      Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
●      Must have transportation to various locations throughout Hamilton, Boone and Marion counties. 
●      Must have access to a working cell phone and email

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
