Position Overview
      We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Junk Removal Team Mate to join our team. This role involves heavy lifting, customer interaction, and opportunities to make a difference through recycling, donations, and eco-friendly waste disposal. You’ll also have access to free household items and earn cash while being part of a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Heavy Lifting: Safely load, unload, and transport heavy items (up to 75 lbs) with care and efficiency.
Recycling and Donations: Sort items to maximize recycling efforts and facilitate donations to local charities.
Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service, ensuring customer satisfaction at every job.
Free Household Items: Assist with redistributing usable items that are free to team members or others in need.
Cash Payment: Earn competitive pay with opportunities for additional cash bonuses based on performance.
Equipment Maintenance: Keep trucks and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects effectively and on schedule.
Qualifications

Experience in a physically demanding role is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely.
Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
A passion for recycling, sustainability, and making a difference in the community.
Valid driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory).
Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends.
