Are you a "people person" with an eye for detail and a love for unique finds? Blue Moon Estate Sales - Orlando East is seeking Estate Sale Associates to help us provide the friendliest, most professional liquidation services in the business.

This isn't your average retail job—you’ll be transforming homes into pop-up boutiques and helping families navigate important transitions.

💰 Compensation & Flexibility

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour.
Schedule: Flexible weekday and weekend hours (primarily mornings and early afternoons).
Location: Varying residential sites across Orange and Seminole Counties.
The Perk: You get first dibs on purchasing treasures after the public sale concludes!

📋 What You’ll Be Doing

The Prep (Weekdays):

Staging: Transforming homes into organized, attractive retail environments.
Sorting: Evaluating items from attics to basements.
Pricing: Researching and tagging merchandise to ensure fair value.

The Sale (Weekends):

Customer Service: Greeting shoppers with a smile and helping them find their next "must-have."
Operations: Managing the POS system, handling cash accurately, and assisting with crowd flow.

Reliable & Trustworthy: You show up on time and can be counted on.
The Heavy Lift: This is a hands-on role! You’ll be moving furniture, hauling boxes from attics or garages, and staying on the move throughout the sale day (including lifting up to 50 lbs).
Mobile: You have reliable transportation to travel to various home sites in the Orlando area.
Passionate: You have an interest in antiques, collectibles, or simply helping people during life transitions.

Note on Availability: While we offer flexibility to support your work-life balance, we are looking for team members who can commit to shifts when they become available.
