Kellie’s is seeking a Retail Store Manager who is growth-minded, people-focused, and passionate about creating an exceptional in-store experience—for both customers and team members.

This position is ONLY at our Okemos retail location.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, coach, and develop a team with a strong focus on positivity and accountability
Oversee daily store operations, including sales performance, merchandising, and customer experience
Create a welcoming, high-energy environment that reflects our brand values
Manage scheduling, staffing, and team productivity
Oversee inventory flow, merchandising standards, and floor presentation
Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to meet and exceed goals
Ensure store policies and procedures are followed consistently
Assist with pricing, intake, and management of consignment/resale items
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest has a welcoming experience

What We’re Looking For:

Retail and/or leadership management experience (required)
Strong leadership skills with a team-first mindset
Warm, approachable personality with excellent communication skills
Growth-oriented and solution-focused thinker
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic retail setting
Experience in resale or consignment is a strong plus
Passion for customer service and community connection required

Compensation & Perks:

This is a full time salaried position: $34,320 annually
80 hours of PTO annually starting Day 1
