We are in search of a truly Part Time accounting bookkeeper. This position will report directly to the president of the company. There are three emerging companies with various needs for financial record keeping. This position will be expected to review the last 24 months in Quickbooks and add the appropriate Journal Entries accounting to General Accepted Accounting Principles. The position will meet on a weekly basis and collect any expense or income information and address the entries with the Quickbooks platform. The position is also expected to record invoices and due dates for predictability of income. The position will have access to our accounting firm for limited guidance as well as a schedule for required items such as payroll taxes, income and sales taxes and etc.

This position is expected to meet the president as required for reviews and updates. It is projected that the accounting bookkeeper should eb able to accomplish the objective within a half to three quarters of a day each week. Noting that the process of getting everything caught up may take a little time. 

We are requiring the candidate to have sufficient experience in Quickbooks. We prefer that the experience be in the service industry. Also, the president resides in the Lancaster Pa area. Candidate must be able to meet in Lancaster on a regular basis. 

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
