 At Blue Moon Estate Sales, we pride ourselves on being the most friendly and helpful estate liquidators in the business. We are searching for a Business Development Coordinator who is passionate about helping others and building meaningful professional relationships.
 
 As a Business Development Coordinator, you will build referral partnerships across probate law, real estate, senior living, funeral services, and community organizations. This role has a clear growth path into Field Manager as the business scales.

 What You’ll Be Doing:
 - Conduct 50 outbound professional calls per week
 - Schedule and complete 5 in-person meetings per week
 - Attend at least 1 networking event per week
 - Deliver professional introduction packets
 - Track KPI metrics using structured performance model
 - Support field sales events when needed
 
 Training Requirements:
 - Week 1: 5 training days
 - Week 2: 2 training days
 - Week 3: 2 training days
 Productive outreach begins Week 2. Full ramp by Week 3.
 
 Compensation: $20/hour.
